I'm a tough customer and I had an excellent experience with Mechanical Air and their technician Tamer Erturk. My AC was about 10 years old and the company reps and Tamer
clearly gave thoughtful advice regarding repair or replacement. I chose replacement and they did the installation within a few days. The replacement techs were also excellent, and when I checked around with others in my community, I found friends who paid significantly more and didn't have a very good experience. I'm also impressed with how responsive the company is. When I call with a technical question a technician (usually Tamer) calls me back within 10 minutes. I've never previously had that experience with a service company.
Ahmed was truly the best tech we had....Very honest and didn't look to push products on us. A keeper.
