We have been very impressed with this company overall. We had major issues with another company that continually could not resolve our AC issues and kept finding ways for us to have to spend excessive amounts of money for parts and/or telling us we need a new unit- even with everything under extended warranty (unit is only 5 years old). Mechanical troubleshot and resolved the issue in June and again this month- all covered under warranty. Very professional, friendly teams. They actually want to help their customers, and resolve the issues as inexpensively as possible. I will recommend this company to everyone I know! Thank you Mechanical for taking care of us when I was on the the verge of a meltdown!
