I am writing to commend the extraordinary effort of Mechanical Air Service Manager Steve Todd in helping us with our air conditioning needs in Palm Beach Gardens. After assessing the repair/replacement cost of a leaking evaporator coil on our 2nd floor unit- the 3rd repair required on a 3-yr old unit out of labor warranty- we decided to install a new HVAC unit. Steve worked with us on a reasonable price, and personally drove to Miami to pick up the specific thermostat that our unit required in order to complete installation while we were in town for just a few days. His entire staff was very polite and attentive, and Steve's effort was well above and beyond our expectations. We truly appreciate and applaud his dedication to our project!
Mechanic fid an excellent job getting our AC going. He got finished around 11:30pm on an Emergency call. Great job.
