We have been using Mechanical Air for years now. They installed our A/C units a number of years ago and did a great job. Regular maintenance is always great.
The technician was able to solve the issue we were having with our AC. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he described why the AC wasn't draining properly.

We were trying out the heating of our Carrier system during the recent cold spell on New Year's Eve. After a short period of heating the breaker tripped on the air handler unit and would not reset. Called Mechanical Air whom we have a maintenance contract with. The sent a technician out in short order who diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix till new part to could be delivered. The technician was courteous and explained the failure in relationship to heat heavier amp draw faulting the breaker. He also directed us to our extend coverage for our 2+ year old house so the subsequent repair was covered. Same technician came and completed the part replacement & repair and was again efficient and courteous. Very pleased with the outcome................................
