Very professional!
Mechanical Air Conditioning has been servicing my AC Unit for the year plus which I have owned my current home. The service techs are knowledgeable and professional, and always do a great job during the service appointment. I highly recommend this company.
Outstanding same day service. There was a clog and garage floor was getting wet. Markus immediately knew what the problem was and fixit. Fabulous customer service
When you have a company that specializes in Air Conditioning and has to charge $372.00 and use an electronic leak detector to determine the location of a refrigerant leak that says a lot about how professional these people are. Furthermore when you ask the technician if there's anything that can be done until we get this unit replaced the answer was get a hotel room. We just had this unit serviced last month. This unit is less then 4 years old and to have a bill for almost $700.00 at the end of the visit doesn't make sense to me. Just letting you guys aware...
7-1-25 - After this review I was contacted by the manager and we went over this situation and clarified the bad blood that this created. Hopefully I'll get my unit worked on tomorrow.
