The service rep Mike was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my drain clogging problem and the various solutions to fix it. I also spoke on the phone with Deshondra who was also very courteous and helpful.

I had my AC maintenance done by Mechanical Air today. Hunter was great. He took the time to explain everything to me as I just moved into the home. I purchased a maintenance agreement and he installed a UV light. He was extremely thorough and clean. I highly recommend.
The technician arrived actually a bit earlier than expected! He was professional and completed his work efficiently. He made a recommendation which made sense and will implement on the next scheduled visit.
Overall, I'm very happy with their service!
He listened to me and found the problem and fixed it. He said that if it fails again they would take the pipe apart and reflate it. It is still under warranty.
