We just had our maintenance visit by Hunter , and wanted to state that he did a fantastic job, was courteous, and very knowledgeable.
He noticed some issues that he pointed out promptly, and provided all options on how to resolve.
the service was great
Mechanical increased the service contract $20 which is fair for 2 visits. The new service added -to snake the condensation line with a brush to prevent algae buildup and the unit shutting down. I thought that was a great value added considering Florida heat cause severe algae buildup in the drain lines and the AC unit to shut down.
Hunter was the best technician he was efficient and very professional.

Marvin performed the most thorough detailed preventative maintenance on our 5 years old Carrier air-conditioning unit. He was on time and very professional. I highly recommend using Mechanical Air-conditioning for maintenance.
They do a good job. Always tells us what they are doing. They show us the parts. We have confidence in the gentleman that comes to our home.
