Had an issue with my current unit and they promptly sent a tech after hours. He was able to get it cooling but it was clear that I needed a new unit (my old one was going on 13 years). Two days later I had 2 techs at my house installing a new a/c complete with an air purification system. Techs were courteous and answered every question I had. Furthermore, they both wore masks and gloves (and shoe covers when they came in my house). Couldn't be more impressed with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The experience was amazing from start to finish. The salesman Anthony C was professional, knowledgeable, and very informative.
The installation team was terrific also. Took their time, went over and above. Did not cut any corners. Actually did more than they anticipated doing to be sure it was done correctly.
When they left my home, you would not even know they had been there. The cleanup was excellent too. Matt and Dakorion the installers were great.
Would highly highly recommend Mechanical Air conditioning.

Saintyl Dieudonne is the BEST! He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure everything was cleaned well and working properly! I will request to have him do the maintenance on my units again.
