I am extremely pleased with my service tech Marvin. He is a gentleman, extremely knowledgable, on time and a pleasure to work with. What more can one ask? I signed up with another year of service at Mechanical AC with Marvin. Mech AC installed a new unit about 7 years ago. When the time comes for a new unit there is no where else I'd consider.

Hunter was the service technician who was deep in knowledge of the HVAC unit and explained how he was performing the maintenace.
Hunter went above and beyond providing a few recommendations on q few items and validated what I was doing in between visits will keep the health of clean air flowing.

We called on a Sunday. The tech was there in a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and gave us full details of the fix. With our warranty coverage, $139 for an emergency weekend visit. Parts/labor covered by warranty. Excellent service, courteous, professional technician.
