I have been dealing with an issue on my clients system. I have had no luck getting a call back from service manage but today I received a call from Jennifer - she was so helpful and kind, changed my clients mind about canceling their service contract of 15 years. I have never had such a quick response. Thankful for her determination and willingness to assist, getting a 5 star from us!
