My mechanic today was excellent
The representative was polite and very explanatory. I don't feel the problem is solved. He offered some possible solutions ,but felt that Cresswind Palm Beach had an unusual problem with water condensation being able to drain without becoming clogged. We have had this problem since '22. We moved in Dec. '21. We had the company who installed the ac, Preferred A/C , maintenance it 2x per year since then. It is obvious that there is a problem with the installation. My daughter has lived in Fl. for 31 years and has never had this problem. I think a class action suit is looking like the solution to this problem as most of our a/c units are out of warrenty. I reached out to Carrier and they referred me to a Carrier service representative. Too many residents are having the same problem to be a coincidence.
