Great customer service!
Good service
I have a yearly contract with this company, but have slacked and having my maintenance completed. Even though I have not been a good customer, they sent someone out the same day when my air stopped working properly. They fixed it immediately, and it said it was part of maintenance and it was covered. I will never use another company.
They are terrific to deal with
I have used them for over 15 years and have mostly been very satisfied. Sometimes an inexperienced technician doesn't quite meet up to their standards and mine. That said, Ahmed Ali is the absolute best at what he does and always exceeds my expectations. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed.
Ahmed ,is the best service man . He will answer all your questions to the best of his Knowledge.he makes sure everything is working the way your air conditioning should before he leaves your home. I recommend mechanical air-conditioning and I highly recommend Ahmed as your service man if he's not busy doing everyone else's house.

MA for the past 20 Years . My favorite and best technician is Ahmed. When I schedule my maintenance I request Ahmed . I work so he is always available on Saturdays. This is my first mid week appointment in some time . He is thorough and always within his arrival time . He is part of the reason I continue to be a loyal customer.MA is luck to have such a dedicated and pleasant tech on their Team .
Ahmed from Mechanical came by today to do our regular 6 month maintenance on our AC/Heating system. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Although our home was only a year 1/2 old he discovered a potential problem that would have cost us a lot of time & money. It's so refreshing to have someone that really cares about the customer..
