If I was the owner of Mechanical Air I would make certain that their tech Renel is salary wise happy because this is not an employee that you want to lose! Renel is is a knowledgeable, technically capable professional who is interested in the customers satisfaction. I had my own business for 25 years and this is a guy that I would hire in a second. Mechanical Air is lucky to have him!

My AC was down and the tray underneath the unit was filled with water. Certainly not a great time to have an AC problem in the heat of summer! I called Mechanical Air Conditioning and they were able to provide service the next day. Hunter, their tech, arrived on time and was most knowledgeable as to the problem. He unclogged and flushed the drain line as well as clearing the water from the tray. In addition, he performed a full service evaluation. I am so pleased that I have a service contract with Mechanical Air!
