They installed a new Daiken Fit (top of the line) HVAC system, replacing my old builder grade Carrier. The whole job was done in 3 hours and the team of two worked surgeons. Professional, meticulous, and curteous.
Jean was our teck and he was very polite, personable,efficient and thorough. He did a great job. If we decide to continue with Mechanical we would only do it if Jean is our truck.
Our technician was efficient, and all went well.

We had an old unit failure on a Friday morning and MAC was on site within 1 hr to diagnose and discuss our options. Everyone from tec support and sales were excellent to work out our best option which would be to upgrade to a suggested system with a great warranty feature. The new system was completely installed the following Monday and we are very satisfied as to how well our new Diakin equipment is cooling our home. Great all around experience through and through. I won't use anyone else but Mechanical Air Conditioning for all my AC needs.
Service man was great. The company should go back to contacting customers when their service is due, especially if we have a service contract. That was wrong to cancel that service that could determine who I go with the next time we need an air conditioner in two more years. Like I said, the Service man was very knowledgeable and very nice.
